Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (.NET) to design and implement new software systems, modify existing systems, and drive software development best practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with management, development teams, customers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves mentoring team members, improving development processes, and ensuring high-quality software solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to oversee software change and release management processes while ensuring software deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the efforts of development teams, both internal and external.
- Drive the evolution of existing applications and services.
- Execute the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues with efficient and sustainable solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and support software engineers to foster skill development.
- Define and implement best practices for software development processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in software development with a strong background in:
- C#
- .NET and .NET Core
- Entity Framework / EF Core
- ASP.NET
- SQL
- RESTful Web Services
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect and Technical Team Lead.
Technical Skills:
- Strong ability to document technical requirements and specifications.
- Experience with software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, version control, CI/CD, and testing.
- Knowledge of architectural design patterns and scalable system development.
- Strong understanding of security and data protection principles.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Experience developing high-volume transaction applications and distributed systems (preferred).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) (preferred).
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js) (preferred).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (preferred).
- Knowledge of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure (preferred).
- Experience developing mobile applications using frameworks like Xamarin or MAUI (preferred).
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (preferred).
