- Update / Add / Remove details on the Stakeholder Database
- Update / Add / Remove details on communication databases/lists
- Source / Draft content for the client News
- Source / Draft content for LinkedIn
- Source / Draft content for for the client website
- Collate communications data / statistics / report
- Create Newsletters on Mailchimp
Marketing
- Manage LinkedIn page
- Design content for LinkedIn on Canva
- Email Marketing to advertise events
Events
- Follow up on speakers
- Reminders to register
- Reminders to attend
- Track attendance
- Support logistics arrangements
- Write summaries/ capture Q&A /develop reports
Projects
- Develop draft communications/advocacy campaigns
Requirements:
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the programme before.
- Education: Matric (required); Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, content writing, social media management (LinkedIn), email marketing (Mailchimp), event coordination, and data management.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp (or willingness to learn).
