Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the front office and housekeeping departments to ensure efficiency and excellence. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process. Monitor room availability and coordinate reservations to optimize occupancy and revenue. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Assist in staff scheduling, performance management, and training to maintain a motivated and high-performing team. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for housekeeping and front office supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all areas of responsibility. Prepare reports on room occupancy, revenue, and departmental performance for management review.
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or 5-star establishment. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
