Maintenance Supervisor – 5-Star Safari Lodge
Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations at the lodge, ensuring all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained and functioning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Ensure timely repairs of plumbing, electrical, and structural issues.
Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with lodge management for maintenance needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance supervision.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a remote environment.
Valid driver’s license.
