Job Description:
Hominum Solutions is in search of an experienced Sea Exports Controller to join a prominent freight forwarding company based in Kempton Park. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in sea export operations and must have expertise in CargoWise.
Key

• Manage sea freight export processes from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices).
• Liaise with shipping lines, clients, and customs officials.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and customs requirements.
• Track shipments and communicate updates to clients.
• Address and resolve any issues related to sea freight exports.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in CargoWise.

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sea exports control.
• Proficiency in CargoWise is required.
• Strong knowledge of sea freight operations and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach.
