Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, creative campaign development, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Identify target audiences and segment customer bases to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging marketing techniques.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing activities.
- Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all platforms.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Support the sales team by aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent strategic planning and campaign execution abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and branding.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to evolving market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a graphic design role.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong track record in campaign development and execution.
- Experience working with digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
