• Knowledge and experience in Wi-Fi networks
• Strong customer support and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports identifying all conducted work issues and recommendations.
• Deliver device orders to our customers.

• On request, assist with setup and troubleshooting.

Requirements & Competencies:

• A valid driver’s licence is mandatory.
• Technical support experience
