Job Summary
Engage & interact with online communities across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions, ensuring positive brand interactions
Develop and implement engagement strategies that boost brand loyalty
Work closely with content teams to ensure a consistent brand tone & messaging
Monitor social media sentiment and analyse trends to refine community strategies
Spot and collaborate with influencers for potential partnerships
Stay ahead of digital trends, helping brands navigate new platforms and features
Act as a first line of defence in crisis management, addressing potential brand concerns proactively
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in community or social media management
Excellent written communication & engagement skills
Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
Strong understanding of online audience behavior & brand advocacy
Ability to work across multiple brands and global communities
A creative, proactive, and people-first mindset

Job Summary
Manage & engage with brand communities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments, inquiries, and mentions
Implement engagement strategies that enhance brand loyalty and advocacy
Work with content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging & tone
Analyse engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize community interactions
Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations & brand partnerships
Stay updated on social media trends and evolving audience behaviours
Assist in crisis management, proactively addressing potential brand concerns
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or community management
Strong knowledge of social media platforms & analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple brand communities efficiently
Understanding of brand engagement strategies & influencer marketing
Experience in global or multicultural audience engagement is a plus
