Job Summary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture
- Five years’ experience at a management level with well-developed leadership skills in Dairy Management
- Dairy Management experience essential
- Previous Pasture Management essential
- Fodder flow planning experience
- Proven track record of success in financial management, strategic planning & budgets
- Ability to motivate and work with a team
- Strong record of management skills
- Computer Literate
- Must be a hands-on person, hard-working, deadline-driven and diligent
- Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to speak Sesotho
- Maintenance orientated
- Valid driver’s license
