Sales Support: Promote relevant insurance products based on customer needs, while ensuring the best fit and offering appropriate recommendations. Claims Handling: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims, and providing status updates as needed. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Documentation & Administration: Accurately update customer records, process policy changes, and maintain documentation according to company procedures. Requirements:

Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and verbal) is essential. Experience: At least 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and services (training will be provided). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
