Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities. Oversee invoicing processes and cash flow management to maintain financial stability. Ensure compliance with BEE/SEESA requirements and related regulations. Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and municipalities, addressing needs and concerns. Manage fleet operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and proper maintenance of vehicles. Collaborate with auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience as an Office/Finance Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of financial management, invoicing, and cash flow. Experience in compliance with BEE/SEESA requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and municipalities. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Experience with fleet management and coordinating with auditors. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
