Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in property leasing or real estate Knowledge of leasing procedures, tenant screening, and rental laws would be advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MDA System Key
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, addendums, and renewals Ensure all lease documents are accurately completed and stored securely Track lease expirations and coordinate renewal processes with tenants Assist in maintaining an up-to-date database of tenants and lease agreements Respond to inquiries from tenants regarding lease terms and policies Assist with onboarding new tenants, including document verification and compliance checks Handle tenant queries related to billing, lease terms, and general leasing matters Assist in processing rental payments, deposits, and lease-related fees Track arrears and follow up on outstanding payments Prepare leasing reports, occupancy summaries, and administrative records as required Schedule and coordinate lease inspections, property viewings, and maintenance requests Consultant: Thandi Speelman – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
