Job Summary

Requirements:

At least 2 years relevant experience. Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Matric certificate. Drivers license. Good verbal and written skills. Computer literate. The ability to work under pressure. Take initiative with given work. Should be comfortable with making coffee and tea (operate the coffee machine) Must be presentable and willing to be available on a weekend if requested.

Responsibilities:

Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants or landlords – this will be logged on RedRabbit (maintenance program software) via tenants. Communicate with Maintenance Manager, Tenants and Landlords. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work from initiation to completion – work on RedRabbit and Excel spreadsheet. Provide administrative support to the management team related to property maintenance. Must be prepared to take phone calls after hours in emergency maintenance cases. Availability on weekends might be requested on an ad hoc basis. Greet visitors at Reception doors and handling deliveries. Greet visitors at Reception doors and handling deliveries.
