Responsibilities:
- South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the programme before
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media, website, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts and engaging with the audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, activations, and trade shows.
- Update and maintain the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Analyze marketing performance data and prepare basic reports and presentations.
- Support the design and distribution of promotional materials and digital assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
