Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and pipelines.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults.Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and other artisans.
Requirements:
Qualified Mechanical Artisan (SETA Approved Trade Test/Certification required).Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in water and sanitation.Strong knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
