Requirements

• BSc/BEng (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical,or Metallurgical)
• MBA or Postgrad in Business, Engineering, or Finance
  

Industry & Leadership Experience

• 15+ years in senior leadership roles within metalworking, fabrication, foundry, or heavy engineering
• Group-level responsibility across multiple subsidiaries, ideally 500+ employees
• Capital project and technology transformation leadership
  

Financial & Strategic Acumen

• Managed significant budgets and P&L at corporate level
• Deep understanding of international expansion, supply chain design, and cost optimisation
