Job Summary
- Minimum of 2 years of Quality Control (QC) experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong work ethic, energetic, and proactive
- Responsible, reliable, and able to take initiative
- Experience with laboratory testing procedures
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong administrative skills
- Willingness to work shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and uphold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS standards
- Identify and address non-conforming products during the manufacturing process
- Conduct QC tests in the laboratory and on-line inspections for product approval/acceptance
- Perform in-house calibrations and maintain updated checklists for testing and measuring equipment
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping within the laboratory environment
- Provide daily and weekly reports to the QA Supervisor
