Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement robust financial strategies for asset management and optimisation
? Oversee capital expenditure planning and ensure alignment with business growth objectives
? Manage fixed asset registers, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and internal governance
? Conduct asset valuations, risk assessments, and scenario modelling
? Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and engineering teams
? Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis for asset-related investments
? Drive process improvements and systems integration for asset reporting
Requirements:
CA(SA) qualification is essential
5–8 years’ post-article experience with a focus on asset management, capital planning, or infrastructure finance
Strong technical background in IFRS, financial modelling, budgeting, and risk analysis
Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or capital-intensive sectors is highly advantageous
Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
