We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Estimator to join our team in JHB South Wadeville to assist with quotes on Electrical, Control and Instrumentation projects/products, which includes electrical panels. The main responsibility of the individual is to plays a key part in the sales process, handling inquiries, generating accurate quotes, gathering pricing information, and coordinating closely with the project manager to ensure client requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a solid understanding of electrical technical drawings (GAs, SLDs and schematic diagrams), and a customer-focused mindset. Daily responsibilities include managing sales orders, liaising with internal departments, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Proficiency in Excel and experience in technical estimating are a pre-requisite. Role DescriptionResponsibly and efficiently handle all inquiries regarding sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Diligently check and maintain accurate pricing for customers to ensure consistency and transparency.Analyse technical drawings (advantageous) and compile and populate Bills of Materials.Create comprehensive and accurate quotes to provide customers with precise pricing information.Collaborate with department seniors and clients effectively.Work closely with the sales team to ensure pricing efficacy.Effectively process customer order.
