Workshop Administrator (Level 10)Salary: NegotiableAn outstanding company in Kuruman is seeking a Workshop Administrator (Level 10) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with the right skills and experience to contribute to a thriving environment.Requirements:Matric Certificate.Qualified Mechanic.Minimum 5 years of related experience.Supervisory experience (advantageous).Strong leadership skills.Well-spoken and well-presented, with excellent communication at all levels.Computer literate, with SAP experience.Resourceful, self-motivated, and team-oriented.Strong report writing skills.Key Responsibilities:Perform general workshop administration, including filing and processing job cards.Assist the Foreman with call volumes, job card queries, and quotations.Create purchase requisitions/orders and update CRM.Extract and process WIP reports; attend WIP meetings.Follow up on supplier invoices and ensure job card accuracy.Capture time-sheets, orders, and MIGO on SAP; handle costing/invoicing.Monitor consumables and manage machine delivery admin.Oversee safety duties, including inspections, policies, accident investigations, and compliance.Provide training, coaching, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.To Apply:Submit your CV and relevant certifications.
