Job Summary
Candidate Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Has a basic knowledge of all sections of the kitchen and strong knowledge on the pastry section
- Must have an excellent knowledge of using different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- Must have a good understanding of basic food hygiene as well as health and safety practices
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to work under limited supervision
- Have good attention to detail and produce quality food
- Must have good time management and organization skills
