Job Summary
Talk to the business. Be the bridge between finance and non-finance teams—your storytelling skills matter as much as your spreadsheets
See the bigger picture. From month-end to cash-flow, you’ll own the numbers that power decisions in a fast-moving, ideas-driven environment
Run month-end close and produce spot-on management reports
Lead budgeting & forecasting; keep spend locked onto strategic goals
Partner with departmental heads to track costs, flag risks, and uncover savings
Dive into variance analysis, trend reporting, and balance-sheet reviews
Manage short- and long-term cash-flow forecasts
Liaise with the Shared Services Centre for clean, accurate figures
Jump into ad-hoc projects that sharpen performance across the business
Skills & Experience:
5+ years’ end-to-end finance experience
Advanced Excel; NetSuite know-how a bonus
Sharp analytical mind and the confidence to explain complex numbers in plain English
Qualification:
CIMA / ACCA / SAICA / SAIPA registration (or on track) plus a BCom in Accounting or Finance
