Job Title: Compliance Administrator Location: Centurion Industry: Financial Services / Wealth Management Salary: R20,000 R25,000 CTC (possible flexibility up to R30,000 depending on experience) Intro: Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join their growing team. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Department, ensuring the business remains aligned with regulatory and legislative requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance Manager and assist across compliance administration, advisor onboarding, risk management support, training coordination, and regulatory processes. Job Spec: Provide administrative support to the Compliance Department Assist with maintaining compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements Monitor and communicate regulatory updates internally Coordinate and track compliance training for staff and Advisors Maintain compliance records, risk assessments, and documentation Assist with fit and proper onboarding processes for Advisors and Representatives Ensure all onboarding documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately Maintain Advisor competency registers and training records Coordinate supervision meetings, documentation, and communication between Supervisors and Supervisees Assist with FSCA liaison activities and compliance-related correspondence Support FIC compliance processes, escalations, and client risk rating administration Assist with complaints administration and compliance reporting Provide general administrative support across compliance-related functions Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 National Diploma or Higher Certificate in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field advantageous RE5 highly beneficial 13 years administration experience within financial services or compliance Understanding of FAIS, FICA, TCF, and POPIA regulations Strong administrative and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient on MS Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a structured and regulated environment Willingness to learn and grow within compliance
