Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager & Business Development Manager with experience in the automotive industry and software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the automotive sector.

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base.

Present and sell automotive software solutions to clients, aligning with their business needs.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reporting.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management and business development within the automotive industry.

Strong background in software sales, ideally within automotive solutions, fleet management, or related fields.

Ability to understand technical software solutions and effectively communicate their value.

Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
