Job Summary
Lead Generation
- Develop and execute digital initiatives to generate new leads.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, either independently or in collaboration with an agency.
- Create and oversee lead generation campaigns on Facebook.
- Experiment with and optimize new marketplaces like Autotrader and Cars.co.za for lead generation.
- Test and assess additional channels for lead generation.
Maximize Existing Lead Potential:
- Use in-house data for data mining to identify high-quality leads for sales, launches, and events.
- Develop and manage email campaigns targeting older leads to keep them engaged.
- Automate the lead process for real-time allocation to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with Sales:
- Act as the key liaison between dealers and the manufacturer’s marketing team, aligning dealer campaigns with national strategies
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and supply.
- Schedule monthly meetings and maintain communication with sales teams.
- Report test results and campaign performance, including key KPIs, to Sales Managers and stakeholders.
Build the Brand Digitally:
- Enhance the brand’s digital presence through regular updates on Facebook.
- Run and manage Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Oversee the Donford Group website, perform A/B tests to boost conversion rates, and ensure the site is optimized for lead generation.
- Manage incoming communications from leads and customers on social media channels.
- Support the manufacturer’s national digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate model pricing and retail offers are reflected across all digital assets in line with campaign timelines.
Requirements and Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Min 3-5 years experience in automotive sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Websites, social media)
- Strong communication and proactive approach.
- Expertise in data analytics and digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Google AdWords, campaign development, and design aesthetics.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
