Exciting Opportunity: Banking Relationship Manager (Agribusiness) – Douglas, Northern Cape Our client is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive client relationship management and loan book growth within the agricultural sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with and support both commercial and emerging farmers. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain client relationships to expand the loan book. Assess financial viability of agricultural businesses. Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Legal) to structure deals. Ensure compliance and manage portfolio health. Promote Insurance products to new and existing clients. Ideal Candidate: 3-year qualification in Commerce, Business, Banking, or Finance. 5-8 years’ experience in client relationship management (financial sector preferred). 1-2 years’ experience in agricultural finance assessment.
