Job Summary
- Ensure the security and safety of the depot and road tankers
- Optimize static storage and tanker capacities
- Manage stock levels, depot assets, and enforce environmental compliance
- Safely handle and store hazardous fuel materials
- Execute route planning to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries
- Support fuel marketing initiatives
- Ensure full statutory, financial, and administrative compliance
- Carry out ad hoc tasks related to depot and logistics operations
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Leverage networks to identify new business opportunities
- Implement and adapt digital tools to improve business processes and customer experience
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Logistics (or equivalent)
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in fuel depot operations and fuel tanker maintenance (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Valid EB driver’s license
- Willingness to work irregular hours, as dictated by fuel supply and demand conditions

- Ability to navigate complexity and apply pragmatic judgment
- Strong self-awareness and people management skills
