Job Summary
As the Service Advisor you’ll ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians, accurate job bookings, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings
- Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle symptoms
- Provide detailed job estimates and secure customer approvals
- Open and manage job cards efficiently
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed on job status and any additional work required
- Conduct final quality checks and arrange vehicle delivery
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Promote additional services where appropriate
- Ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection
- Maintain comprehensive service records and reports
- Uphold dealership standards for customer satisfaction
- Assist with follow-ups and service reminders
- Continuous monitoring and clearing of WIP, Debtors and ageing parts

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
- Working knowledge of vehicle servicing procedures
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, or similar)
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid driver’s license
Remuneration
Basic salary R18 000 – R25 000 (Depending on experience)
