Job Summary
As the Energy Aftersales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding service offerings, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team across Southeast Africa. You’ll focus on aftersales excellence, business development, and customer retention, all while driving energy efficiency and sustainability improvements in customer operations.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
– Strong background in energy systems, heat exchangers, or process equipment
– Proven track record in aftersales, service operations, or technical sales
– Sound understanding of customer service landscapes and expectations
– Experience in market gap analysis, pricing strategy, and developing marketing plans
– Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems and costing
– Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
– Financial acumen – understanding of P&L, cash flow, and investment planning
– Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and develop distributed teams
– Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools
– Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical or similar); MBA advantageous
