Job Summary
MOBILE BEAUTY THERAPIST
ABU DHABI – United Arab Emirates
START: A.S.A.P / July 2025 (Visa-pending)
REPORT TO: Branch Manager / Operations Manager / CEO
CONTRACT: 2-years contract with option to renew
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 22:00 (these are the times the spa is open – not your shifts)
- 10-hour standard shift per day including Lunch/dinner
- 1 day off per week
- 30 days annual paid leave (after 1 year completed service)
PACKAGE POTENTIAL & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- AED 5,000 per month (based on desired skill level & qualifications) | USD $1,350 per month
- Commission – target based
- Performance Incentives
- Company accommodation provided for the first 3 months of your new employment (thereafter you shall receive AED 1,000 Housing Allowance for your own accommodation)
- Company transport (for work purposes)
- Visa provided by the company
- Recruitment flight upon joining
- Return flight provided by the company upon completion of 2-year contract
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Internationally accredited Diploma in Somatology / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Beauty Specialist
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / BABTAC / SAAHSP or similar accredited
- Confident command of the English Language
- a MINIMUM of 2 years industry experience
- Exceptionally groomed and highly presentable
- Confident all-rounder Beauty Therapist (Body, Skin, Beauty)
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Experience working in a luxury salon / day spa or cruise ship
- Previous mobile spa therapy experience is beneficial – but not a minimum requirement
- Confident in performing therapies of the body, skin and beauty enhancement
- BONUS SKILLS Include: Threading | Lash Extensions | Body Scrub | Body Wrap | Nail enhancements | Hair Care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Beauty Treatments & Services
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, 3n3ng, lash
treatments, and body treatments. - Provide slimming and body contouring treatments, such as lympha3c drainage,
radiofrequency skin 3ghtening, cavita3on, body wraps, and cellulite reduc3on therapies. - Conduct thorough client consulta3ons to recommend suitable treatments based on skin
and body concerns. - Provide expert skincare and body care advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Ensure all treatments meet the spa/salons quality standards.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Maintain the highest level of sanitation for all tools and equipment.
- Follow local health and safety regulations and spa policies
- Properly clean and store equipment, tools, and treatment products.
Client Care & Experience
- Greet clients warmly and create a professional, welcoming environment albeit in their own home / office
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed during treatments.
- Address and resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
Retail & Upselling
- Educate clients on skincare and body care products and their long-term benefits.
- Actively promote slimming treatments, beauty treatments, special promotions, and retail
products. - Work toward achieving personal and team retail sales targets.
