Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop and document standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to support and optimize business processes
-
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
-
Execute action plans aligned with business goals to drive operational efficiency and performance
-
Conduct pre-production and in-line inspections at supplier premises as needed to verify compliance with standards
-
Verify that all products meet company and client specifications before approval and shipment
-
Identify, document, and report product defects and deviations, maintaining accurate records of findings
-
Manage customer complaints related to product issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication
-
Perform thorough incoming inspections of stock and accurately record all inspection results
-
Support the organization in maintaining and complying with established quality standards and procedures
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, industrial engineering, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management with knowledge of both QA nad QC
– Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and techniques
– Experience with quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.)
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Certification in quality assurance (CQA, CQE, etc.) is a plus
