An opportunity for an experienced OPTOMETRY RECEPTIONIST (ENTRY-LEVEL) is required for permanent employment based in Ermelo.A leading and reputable Optometrist Practice in Ermelo, is a well-respected and modern optometry practice offering personalised eye care and quality eyewear solutions to a loyal and growing patient base. With a strong reputation for professionalism, patient care, and service excellence, the practice seeks to appoint a trustworthy and well-presented Entry-Level Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors.To provide outstanding front-desk service and general administrative support in a friendly, organised and professional manner, helping ensure a smooth experience for both patients and the optometry team.Grade 12 / MatricFluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)Well-spoken with a friendly, polished telephone mannerComputer literate (MS Office & basic POS experience ideal)Able to manage time, tasks and multiple responsibilities efficientlyTrustworthy with high integrity financial and patient confidentiality is keyPrior experience in a front-desk, optometry or medical practice roleKnowledge of basic accounting, invoicing or practice management softwareFamiliarity with eye care products (frames, lenses, contact lenses)Interested applications are requested to submit their updated CVs (in Word.doc format) Ref # 2352
