Key Responsibilities: Drive implementation of Fumanis 2030 Growth Strategy through effective sales leadership andexecution. Ensure monthly and annual achievement of new and used vehicle sales targets across the team. Promote adoption of POS systems (Evolve, CMS), SharePoint, and CRM platforms to supportdigital transformation. Review and approve deal documentation and enforce compliance with Pricing and Costing SOPs. Lead regular team review meetings and provide performance coaching and feedback. Coordinate participation in promotional activities and compile market intelligence reports. Oversee customer experience metrics, including response time, delivery turnaround, and postdeliveryfollow-up.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field(preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle sales with at least 2 years in a managerial orsupervisory role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding vehicle sales targets. Experience using digital tools such as Evolve, CMS, SharePoint, and CRM systems.Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team development skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Customer-centric approach with attention to service excellence. Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of vehicle sales operations, financing, and SOP compliance. Proficient in digital tools and reporting platforms.
