Job Summary

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Fitter to be based in North West to support their operations concerning maintenance, improving plant availability and controlling costs.

Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling preventative – and planned maintenance.
Ensures adherence to the companys Health and Safety Standards.
Capturing breakdown data and updating equipment history records

Requirements:

Minimum N3 certificate / Grade 12.
Certified Trade Test Certificate Fitting (Section 13 and 26D)
Minimum 5 years of related industry experience.
Plant experience will be advantageous.
Must have experience in the maintenance of slurry pumps, Grinding Mills, and gearboxes.
Code 8 drivers license and own transport
Prepared to be on standby and work overtime as and when required.
Must reside in the local area or be prepared to relocate to the Western operations.
All appointments will be dependent on passing a compulsory mine medical fitness certificate
and an independent trade competency assessment.
