Job Summary
Capture & allocate payments with 100% accuracy within 1 day of receipt on bank statement
Weekly Management report feedback
Reconcile & Clear incoming payments daily
Maintain a Debtors book of 60 days
Administer the extension of credit facilities from credit applications received
Ensure monthly statements are sent on the 1st working day of the month
Reprint invoices and credit notes, and ensure delivery to customers
Follow up and attend to outstanding claims and queries
Process customer credit notes
Adhoc duties
Qualification:
Matric. A tertiary qualification would be highly advantageous
