This is a live-in role best suited to a dedicated couple with strong operational and hospitality management skills who thrive in a remote bush environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality or lodge management, ideally as a couple

• Strong operational, guest relations, and administrative skills

• Hands-on, flexible approach with the ability to adapt to various roles as needed

• Excellent communication and leadership qualities

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

• Financial acumen and understanding of budgets and stock control

• Comfortable with living and working in a remote location

• Computer literate with experience using lodge or property management systems

• Valid drivers licences for both applicants
