Job Summary

A completed B.Com (Accounting) / similar is essential for this role, coupled with 3-5 years Financial Management experience.  KPI’s include: interpret, control and manage computerized reporting systems in the group; ability to formulate and implement strategic projects in the finance department or division; develop new financial templates and models; develop and implement improved systems and financial reports; update and improve current budget, forecast and flash models, prepare annual budgets and consolidation; prepare forecasts and consolidation; prepare expense variance analysis at a group level; staff management and development of sub-ordinates; various management and month-end reports; high performance required in terms of daily financial management ie. management of key cost drivers of the division; working capital requirements and management and driving efficiencies; exhibit sound conceptual and analytical skills, apply intellect and knowledge in identifying critical issues; understanding of internal control procedures and ability to develop and co-ordinate improvements in this area; ensure compliance to group and company policies and procedures; various other responsibiliites at group level and general office administration.  Solid SAP and above-average Excel skills essential.
