Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full dealership operations including New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance.
- Drive profitability across all departments by implementing effective business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and staff.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Analyse financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Report directly to the OEM/Dealer Group management on operational and financial performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Management advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years of Dealer Principal experience within the motor industry.
- Strong track record in achieving profitability and growth in all departments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of OEM requirements, financial management, and compliance.
- Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record.
