About the Role

Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opening for a Hire Controller at our client’s thriving equipment hire shop in Western Cape. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join their dynamic team, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers at the counter, providing excellent service and support
  • Manage small plant equipment rentals, ensuring smooth transactions
  • Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups for equipment rentals
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and rental agreements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in equipment rental or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license.

No formal education or certifications are required for this role.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: R25K – R18K per annum.
