Job Summary

SALES MANAGERWellington, Western CapeWe’re hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a small but growing team in the horticulture space.Key Responsibilities:Manage sales operations and a small team (2x Sales Reps, Dispatch Supervisor).Maintain accurate stock data and share promotions.Oversee order accuracy, delivery quality & route planning.Build strong client relationships & handle key accounts.Drive sales growth via retention, acquisition, and seasonal campaigns.Plan Trade Days, expos & WhatsApp promotions.Report on sales performance & competitor trends.Contribute to marketing content and social media.Requirements:3+ years’ sales team leadership experience.Relevant qualification or sales training (advantageous).Strong Excel, Canva & admin skills.Bilingual (Afrikaans & English).Valid drivers license & own transport.Experience in horticulture/agriculture a plus.
