Marketing and Digital Manager | Luxury Hotel | Western Cape Salary: R60,000 (Negotiable DOE)Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Digital Manager to join a luxury hotel in the Western Cape. This exciting role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in marketing, brand management, and digital platforms, capable of driving both brand awareness and revenue growth in the competitive luxury hospitality sector.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing and digital strategies aligned with the hotels brand vision and business objectives</li><li>Manage and optimise digital platforms, including website, social media, and online advertising campaigns</li><li>Oversee content creation, including photography, videography, newsletters, and press releases</li><li>Drive online engagement, track performance analytics, and report on marketing ROI</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, and industry partners</li><li>Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and special events with relevant departments</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth and innovation opportunities</li><li>Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise impact and visibility</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years marketing experience, with a focus on digital strategy</li><li>Experience within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands advantageous</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media management</li><li>Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative flair</li><li>Ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure</li><li>Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded</li></ul>This is a rare opportunity for an innovative marketing professional to lead the digital and brand strategy for a prestigious luxury hotel in the Western Cape.To Apply: Submit your CV to Kendrick Recruitment.
