Job Summary
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service department
- Schedule, open, and manage repair orders efficiently
- Provide accurate service costing and quotations
- Liaise between customers and the workshop team to ensure clear communication
- Monitor job progress and keep customers updated
- Ensure all work is invoiced accurately and closed on time
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores and build long-term relationships
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (essential)
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record
