Job Description

Key Responsibilities Advertising & Sourcing Advertise roles using approved platforms. Screen and source candidates aligned to job profiles. Interview & Selection Lead and coordinate interviews using competency-based techniques. Liaise with the Centre of Excellence for assessments. Manage background checks and scoring integrity. Candidate & Agency Management Provide timely feedback to candidates and agencies. Facilitate briefing sessions with line managers and agencies. Track and report on agency performance and CV quality. Client Engagement Partner with line managers and HRBPs on recruitment needs. Maintain consistent communication throughout the process. Administration & Reporting Generate appointment reports and recommendations. Ensure documentation aligns with policy and audit standards. Issue offers and contracts to successful candidates. Complete post-assignment evaluations. What We’re Looking For B Degree or equivalent in HR or related field. Minimum 6 years’ experience in recruitment and selection. Strong report writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
