Duties include Vehicle Diagnosis and Repair: Perform diagnostic procedures using BMW diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of vehicle malfunctions. Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and ensure all repairs are completed to BMW standards. Adherence to BMW service standards & guidelines Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks. Follow BMW maintenance schedules and service guidelines to ensure vehicle longevity and performance. Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest BMW technical bulletins, service manuals, and diagnostic procedures. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to maintain and enhance technical skills and knowledge. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their vehicles are serviced promptly and efficiently. Documentation: Accurately document all diagnostic procedures, repairs, and maintenance services performed on vehicles. Complete work orders and maintain detailed records for future reference and warranty purposes. Workshop Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Keep the workshop clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Requirements: Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with BMW (preferred) or other luxury vehicles (Porche, Mercedes, Audi).
