QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, with a Masters degree preferred. PROSCI Certification. Minimum of 3-5 years of change management experience Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large-scale change initiatives. Strong track record of successful stakeholder engagement and management. Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively mitigate risks within the Project using the PROSCI risk management plan Adhere to the change portfolio risk and controls framework to monitor and mitigate strategic, operational and project specific risks Contribute inputs to and monitor the change risks on an ongoing basis, propose any required mitigation actions. Report the effect of the actions and align if needed. Adhere to risk controls, implement mitigation actions and escalate to relevant stakeholders and forums, when needed. Conduct monthly meetings with stakeholders to discuss project change management and to identify any potential issues/risks and to allay any stakeholder concerns.
