Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor invoices, reconcile accounts and ensure timely payments. Location: Paarden Eiland, Cape Town Working Hours: 08h30 16h30, Monday to Friday Length Of Contract: 5 months Key Responsibilities: Process and enter vendor invoices; ensure accuracy and approvals. Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies. Prepare electronic payments and send remittances to vendors. Maintain vendor statements, age analysis and organized records. Assist with month-end closing, audits and vendor queries. Requirements: Grade 12 plus minimum 2 years creditors experience Post-matric qualification advantageous.
