We are looking for a vigilant and professional Control Room Operator to join our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and coordinating with on-site security officers to ensure the safety and protection of people, property, and assets.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring & SurveillanceOperate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, access control systems, and other security technologies.Conduct real-time surveillance to detect suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.Ensure all monitoring equipment is functional and report any technical faults immediately.Incident & Emergency ResponseAct as the first point of contact for security incidents and emergencies.Dispatch and coordinate response teams or emergency services as required.Follow established protocols for alarms, breaches, and emergencies.Accurately log and escalate all incidents in line with company procedures.Communication & CoordinationMaintain constant radio and telephone communication with on-site security officers, supervisors, and emergency services.Provide clear, concise instructions during incidents to ensure effective response.Complete detailed shift reports and handover notes.Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in high-pressure situations.
