Job Description
– Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– 3-4 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience preferred.
– Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
– Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.
– Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Accounting Duties:
– Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, cash books, journals and bank reconciliations.
– Prepare financial reports and summaries as directed by management.
– Maintain accurate records of financial documents and data entry in accounting software.
– Support monthly closing processes and internal audits.
– Reconcile supplier and customer statements.
– Provide support during budgeting and forecasting processes.
Personal Assistant Duties:
– Provide administrative and organisational support to the General Manager.
– Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
– Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
– Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation.
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
– Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the GM.
