What Youll Do

• Track and measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Build clear data visualisations (graphs, charts, dashboards).

• Create and test customer journeys and targeted communications.

• Maintain and enrich databases to ensure accuracy and hygiene.

• Manage lifecycle campaigns for the loyalty programme.

What You Bring

• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI (SQL an advantage).

• Knowledge of Analysis Services and project management.

• Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.

• Experience in campaign analysis, segmentation, and testing.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
