Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical support in network infrastructure technologies Troubleshoot internet/email connectivity challenges Swiftly resolve technical issues with strong problem-solving skills Deliver solutions with excellent written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans Requirements: National Matric Certificate Comptia A or N certification Proficiency in network infrastructure technologies Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Fluency in English and Afrikaans South African citizenship and valid Driver’s License Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop, cloud, and network infrastructure support Additional Qualification Requirements & Experience: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert 1 years of extensive experience in desktop, cloud, and network infrastructure support Familiarity with VOIP systems is preferred Prior experience in Network Support is beneficial Previous exposure to Cybersecurity practices is advantageous
